On October 16 of the current year in Tashkent city, branch of KNAUF Company (Germany) in Uzbekistan and Technopark LLC signed a deal on purchase of complex "Production of basalt insulation materials" on the territory of Technopark.
This deal was realized within the framework of the Agreement on mutual cooperation signed at the business forum Germany-Uzbekistan, held during the official visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Germany in May 2023.
The complex, opened in late 2022 in Tashkent, produces a wide range of low-carbon insulation materials from stone mineral wool for modern energy-efficient construction.
The appraisal of the complex was conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers and DRT LLC (formerly Deloitte Touche).
